MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Position Overview:

Lifestyle Christianity is seeking a highly organized and proficient Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the ministry's social media presence across various platforms, overseeing creative projects, coordinating with team members and vendors, and ensuring all projects align with the ministry’s branding guidelines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an on-site position at our Lifestyle Christianity training center located in Watauga, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Receive new requests for print jobs, merchandise, graphic design, photos, videos, or event campaigns.
    • Schedule and assign corresponding projects to graphic designers, videographers, video editors, or other team members.
    • Place orders with specific vendors for various merchandise and apparel items.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Assign and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to gather and analyze reports for all social media channels.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate with vendors and in-house or outsourced creatives to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Attend recording sessions when overseeing marketing or event campaigns to provide feedback and ensure all topics are covered.
    • Provide necessary files or resources to assist in the completion of projects.
  • Branding and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all projects follow the specified branding guidelines.
    • Submit projects to the requestor for feedback and coordinate or make any necessary revisions.
  • Project Management and Reporting:
    • Keep the requestor or department up to date on the status of their project.
    • Provide weekly updates to the Creative Director on project statuses, individual team member’s workload, and performance.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • File purchase receipts and submit unpaid invoices to finance for payment.
    • Manage the Creative Team’s calendar, including scheduling individual and team meetings.
    • Take notes and assign action items during meetings, and follow up on these action items to ensure completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in social media management and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and project management tools.
  • General understanding of graphic design, video production, and branding guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of creatives and vendors.
